The Client: Couples Conference 2020
Project: Virtual Conference Production
Artistic License Creative facilitated the condensed version of The Couples Conference to go live online with eight eminent psychologists offering learning sessions to 150 participants. The Couples Conference was presented by The Milton Erickson Foundation and The Couples Institute.
The Client: Urgent Care Hawaii
Project: Launch of Telemedicine
Urgent Care Hawaii pivoted by offering telemedicine, as soon as Covid 19 hit. The goal was to convert existing & new walk-in clients to telemedicine. We successfully leveraged a video marketing campaign to educate and engage their audience around the benefits of using telemedicine. Marketing plan included videos by doctors and nurses, teaching video on telemedicine, education using social media – FB, Twitter, Insta, and newsletters.
The Client: Da Vinci Tree Academy
Project: Online Teaching & Learning
Da Vinci Tree Academy partnered with Artistic License Creative to take all of their classes online. All of the teachers were set up and trained to offer their daily lessons using Vimeo and are successfully teaching online. Da Vinci Tree Academy is one of the only schools offering free, online learning lessons to all students from Kindergarten to Eighth grade and everyone in the community.
The Client: Some Other Production
Project: Virtual Premier of Documentary Film
Director James Jewell III wanted to release his documentary Some Other Paris online, after the closure of all film festivals. An organic digital marketing campaign on social channels – FB, Instagram and Tictok, outreach to documentary film reviewers, interviewers and expat groups along with leveraging James’ email list resulted in over 5000 plus views for the premier of the film on Youtube.
Social Instructional Videos
The Client: Southwest Center For Law And Policy, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization founded in 2002 providing legal training and technical assistance to tribal communities and to organizations and agencies serving Native people.
The Assignment: Instructional videos for training and for social media platforms.
The Work: Scriptwriting, storyboard, filming, editing, motion graphics, illustrations, 2D and 3D animations.
The Delivery: A series of ten videos on consent, sexual assault forensic examination and training created for educating law enforcers, sexual assault advocates and social workers for raising awareness via social media.
E-learning
The Client: Milaaya Embroideries works to ‘unite’ the arts and crafts of the artisans from their villages in Asia, and specifically India, with the world. Milaaya works with large fashion houses in USA and Europe, specializing in zardozi and aari embroideries and beadwork.
The Assignment: An e-learning video series to increase efficiency, productivity and revenue through ongoing training of office and factory staff, on protocols, processes and daily tasks.
The Work: Research, script and storyboard the processes of 17 departments, filming, production, voiceovers, editing, motion graphics, 2D & 3D animations, logo animation, e-learning platform.
The Delivery: Online learning delivered through 175 videos designed to further the knowledge, skills and abilities of designers, merchandisers, quality auditors, marketing team, artisans, stitching teams, purchase teams, packing team and factory workers.

The Assignment: A video portrait based on the life of Venerable Mae Chee Sansanee Sthirasuta.
The Work: Research, script, storyboard, filming, production, editing, original music score and translations.
The Delivery: A video portrait of Ven. Mae Chee Sansanee along with two women and a young girl whose lives she has transformed. They represent thousands of others who have experienced the benefits of her loving kindness. Subtitled in five languages, the film has been viewed by over 20,000 people around the world within two months.

The Work: Conceptualize, script, storyboard, editing, motion graphics, illustrations, 2D and 3D animations.
The Delivery: A powerful 23-second story of the company philosophy, product benefits, and the aspects of the lives they impact, told through a visually captivating introduction and logo.
The Client: National Indian Country Clearing House on Sexual Assault (NICCSA)
The Assignment: Animate the NICCSA logo to bring alive its brand through colors and music associated with tribal communities.
The Work: Conceptualize, script, storyboard, film, editing, motion graphics, illustrations, 2D and 3D animations.
The Delivery: A 20-second logo connecting the viewer to NICCSA and the heritage of the people it represents, used for branding across all of their videos.

The Delivery: An easy to navigate web experience that builds consumer trust and brand identity through well researched and strategically placed endorsements, benefits, and statistics. Mobile friendly with 2 landing pages designed to convert browsers to consumers with strong call to action.

The Assignment: Website to strengthen the brand positioning and identify Marilyn Tam as a notable speaker

The Delivery: An engaging mobile first interactive site that allows the user to experience Marilyn’s dynamic, heartfelt and profound message while allowing for easy navigation through the wide range of media, blogs, interviews and features about Marilyn.
